Cyan Renewables is delighted to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pentarch Offshore Solutions, part of the Pentarch Group and operator of the Port of Edrom, New South Wales.

This partnership is a significant milestone for Cyan, immediately strengthening our ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end offshore marine and energy solutions across the growing Australian offshore wind and decommissioning markets, particularly in Victoria and New South Wales.

This synergy ensures we can provide clients with unparalleled efficiency across the entire project lifecycle and value chain, from mobilisation and supply to project execution in offshore wind, decommissioning and expanded maritime operations.

Our specialised fleet of vessels and deep marine expertise now gains a crucial, deep-water logistics link. This alliance seamlessly combines Cyan’s offshore capabilities with Pentarch’s established deep-water berthing, heavy-lift logistics and essential supply base infrastructure at the strategically located Port of Edrom, Eden NSW.

The Port of Edrom is rapidly emerging as a globally attractive hub for marine energy. We are particularly encouraged by the commitment shown by Integr8 Fuels, a major international bunker trading firm, which has a separate, equally important MOU with Pentarch Offshore Solutions.

We were honoured to formalise this strategic move last week, which was witnessed by representatives from Regional Development Australia – Southern NSW and ACT and the Port Authority of New South Wales.

Keng Lin Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Cyan Renewables, said: “With extensive international experience in offshore wind and a proven track record in safe, efficient decommissioning solutions, Cyan Renewables is proud to apply this global expertise locally in Victoria and New South Wales. As the largest offshore vessel operator in Australia, we look forward to strengthening our end-to-end capability and working closely with Pentarch to support Australia’s energy transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future.”

William Kanavan, Managing Director of Pentarch Offshore Solutions, said: “Pentarch Offshore Solutions is pleased to formalise this partnership with Cyan Renewables as we advance the Port of Edrom into a dedicated offshore energy and marine logistics hub for Australia’s East Coast. Cyan’s proven offshore capability and strong commitment to long-term investment in the Australian market directly complements our vision for a purpose-built terminal supporting offshore wind, decommissioning and large-scale marine operations. We are excited and honoured to strengthen this partnership and work together to accelerate Australia’s offshore renewable energy future.”
